When I walked in Serviice Department I felt like they were doing me a favor for coming to them. Did not feel welcomed or comfortable. The Service person scared me in performing services I may not have were doing me a favor for coming to them. Did not feel welcomed or comfortable. The Service person scared me in performing services I may not have needed. I have a car that is 1 year and 3 months old with approx. 15,000 miles. The service was supposed to inspect first and then recommend. That NEVER happened. I was supposed to have a post service discussion, that Never happened. I was rushed to an accounting window to pay a bill that was OVER $500. I cannot believe that car needed that much repair. To put the icing on the cake, I noticed my car in the parking lot. I believe the Service was completed. It took the same Service person I initially talked over 20 minutes to inform me the car was ready. That is the reason for my rating. Thank you. More

I'm sorry I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he has worked with me before and did an outstanding job. Took the time to let me know what was going on with the car as there was a problem with the hor has worked with me before and did an outstanding job.
