Do not leave your keys in the drop box they do not check it! I had a 9am appointment dropped my car at 7:40am called to check on my car at 11:45am and they didn't know where my car was? Um it's at your deal it! I had a 9am appointment dropped my car at 7:40am called to check on my car at 11:45am and they didn't know where my car was? Um it's at your dealership where I left the keys in the drop box! Oh they only check that upon their arrival at 7:15am not after they open at 8am. So don't expect to have your car repaired if you drop your keys at 7:15am yet they don't open until 8am! More
Nothing like making a bad experience worse. .. Had my kia brought there after it was broken into during all the kia fun. Ended up speaking with 3 different people throughout the process. Told I .. Told I need led to come in and pay for parts before they would order them. Mind you this was 3 after the claims adjuster from the insurance came. Also having to call in just to find out what was going on. Parts got ordered and came in the following Monday. According to a text from Kelly. Stating also that they would work on the vehicle on Tuesday. Called Wed to in the morning to find out if it's done. Received a call back before noon stating the parts just came in and the vehicle would be ready by Friday. This was Kelly telling me this. Also other lies about the car being in the shop. Drove by at the time and it was still in the same spot on the lot. Worse part was I had a dealership waiting to see the car for a trade. Which I feel bad for Nick the sales guy as I spoke to him about a new vehicle when I got mine back. Was looking at an Acadia that you guys had at the time. My decision to not use this store was made easy however due to this situation. Vehicle was also fixed by the end of Wed some how too. More
