I use this dealership for the service and maintenance of my 2021 K5. They are also friendly, courteous, accommodating and informative. The work is always done in a timely manner. I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and paint protection and I was there for over three hours. Today I also noticed that my car is still telling me it needs an oil change so they never reset tha protection and I was there for over three hours. When I bought my Kia I was promised free oil changes for as long as I owned the car. Now they say they are under new ownership and will no longer honor their commitment. When they sold the dealerships, the as long as I owned the car. Now they say they are under new ownership and will no longer honor their commitment. When they sold the dealerships, the new owner, Atlantic Automotive should be required to continue the free oil changes as part of the business. Vision Kia, a big disappointment! More
