The oil change was quicker than had been estimated by the service rep. Service Rep was very nice, but overwhelmed by handling multiple customers at once. (2 in person and one on the phone). The service center staff was friendly. I had an issue when I went to check out. The general manager was able to resolve it but I had to wait there an extra hour after my car was finished w I had an issue when I went to check out. Then I got a phone call after from a sales guy trying to buy my car back, when I told him that I just spent 3 hours and $800 there on my car, he asked if I could come tomorrow or Monday to talk numbers. He was being pushy. More
