I encountered a time and tire problem at same time. Front tire leaking and stem broke trying to check rear tires making it unsafe to drive. Tiana & crew was able to replace all4 tire stem. The reason I gave one star was because there wasn’t a spot for zero. I am being kind if I were to give a zero to this dealership for their service. I was supposed to have a trailer hitch installed. They didn’t do it until I called and told him I’m ready to pick it up. Then when I got there, the trailer hitch had no wiring no receiver. It was a useless piece of metal attached to the back of my car. At the same time I was supposed to have the car under coated. They waited until the morning of the day I was picking it up to undercoat it. More
