Brought in truck (spring/summer 2020) to have service performed under extended warranty that was sold to me by Vision Nissan in Webster. Truck and warranty were both purchased from Vision Nissan of Webster. Greece location was closer to my house and only reason I decided to go there. Service at counter was awesome. Could not say enough good things about Nick the service advisor but the work done on the truck was a much different story. After having a new radiator installed, they reattached my grill with zip ties. After having both exhaust manifolds replaced, they failed to properly re-install the middle hanger for the exhaust and I drove away with the exhaust banging against the bottom of the truck/frame. Also, the old manifold bolts were left sitting on the skid plate and never retrieved after new manifolds/bolts were installed. Passenger side fog light wiring was incorrectly routed and was unable to be plugged in to the light itself. They left it like that when truck was returned to me in addition to the things I mentioned above. Will never buy another vehicle or have a vehicle serviced at any Vision location again. The 4th vehicle I purchased from them is my last. I do have email documentation of everything mentioned above. My name and my truck would most likely cause the service manager (Mark) to shudder in his chair as he and I had many discussions about the poor quality of work being done at his shop. On one occasion, I demanded that Mark and his foreman come to my house instead of me bringing the truck back to him again to see the horrible work. He actually honored that request and drove to my house with his foreman to see everything they did wrong and his foreman actually fished out the loose bolts from the manifold repair using one of my magnetic reach tools in my driveway. They were surprised that I was actually telling the truth about all the issue's and apologized profusely. However, no refund for my portion of payment was ever made or offered to me. He only said, "we'll eat your deductible to the warranty company" but I found out later by way of the warranty company that the dealer just said they weren't charging it and the warranty company didn't charge the dealer. So essentially, the dealer did nothing for me except make me bring it back again and waste more of my time so they could have yet another shot at getting it right. Would rate zero stars if possible. More

2 cars - 2 different experiences The reason to give a 4 is simple.... I acquired 1 Ford Fusion 2016 in Feb 2017 - I got a issue with it and was immediately addressed via the Ford dea The reason to give a 4 is simple.... I acquired 1 Ford Fusion 2016 in Feb 2017 - I got a issue with it and was immediately addressed via the Ford dealer across the street. We also acquired another Ford Fusion (2010) for my stepson with this time different reasons.... After several visits raising the issues as rough handling, not stable driving and the problems not resolved. Please note that the Extended Guarantee was purchased at the time of delivery. Then we noticed oil leaks in the driveway and the under carriage of the car was splashed with oil. This time the problem could not be ignored and the problem was rectified by replacing the transmission lines and couplings and topping the fluid. Thank you for the manager, because this was NOT covered under the Extended guarantee and we had to play the repairs which was reduced at cost price. So, at this point, we will monitor where we are going with those 2 cars and see what the 175 certified points means. Thank you for reading. More

Broke my power window refused to fix. Nissan and this dealership have very poor customer service. I went to get my passenger side window fixed and was 1000 miles over the bumper to bumper Nissan and this dealership have very poor customer service. They refused to help me. They even called Nissan and they refuse to help me. Well I will never do business with Nissan or Bob Johnson because they treat you like garbage. And I did all my oil changes with them was and always waited a minimum of two hours and that is with a appointment. More
Altima Issues - No Response/Assistance Bought brand new Altima (top of the line) Aug 2014; 14 months later I'm facing a $3,200 repair bill on electronics. Have called Nissan directly and Bob Johnson 3 days ago with no return phone calls. The electronics that needs to be replaced is the AV module. What does the AV module do - it's your radio, clock, hands free dialing, navigation, etc. Wouldn't you think it would last longer than 16 months??? And this AV module is something I paid lots of extra for when I bought the vehicle. Are you sure you want to buy a Nissan or deal with a dealership that doesn't care about you after they sold you a vehicle and have taken your $30,000, $40,000 plus dollars???? Or deal with a company/dealership that expects you to pay for these options at least twice, maybe more???? More
Super Service Department I had a wheel bearing that broke on my new Versa on Saturday. The part wasn't in stock but I received a courtesy vehicle to be able to get to work wh I had a wheel bearing that broke on my new Versa on Saturday. The part wasn't in stock but I received a courtesy vehicle to be able to get to work while my vehicle was being repaired that week. I was treated warmly and was explained all the things that the service department would do to repair my vehicle. I was surprised to see that the work was fully covered and there was no charge for the courtesy vehicle. It made quite a change in my impression of dealership service departments from former dealerships I used. Super job to Matt and his service department and also to Ryan, my sales representative at Bob Johnson Nissan. More
Excellent Service I had a few rust spots on my trunk of my 2010 Maxima.
