I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received at Vision Nissan in Webster. The staff worked with me to fix my 2019 Titan and even worked directly with the warranty provider to cover some extensi at Vision Nissan in Webster. The service manager, Santos Monagas, was extremely good in keeping me informed about the progress on my vehicle (which was much appreciated). I went here because the reviews also indicated that this service department had a lot of experience with Titan trucks - and they do! More

Employees seemed short staffed and didn't say anything to me while I was standing there waiting for 2-3 minutes. Also some girl was in the corner facing a wall on her phone.
