Ordered my Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid October 2021 and chose Vista Ford as my delivery dealership. Picked up my truck 15 months later, but all along the way Tiffany at Vista kept checking the status for m chose Vista Ford as my delivery dealership. I want to mention the wonderful experience I had at Vista Ford. I have been looking for a used RAM TRX for months at a good price. I saw this 2021 Launch Edition with only 8900 miles in almost new condition Ford. I have been looking for a used RAM TRX for months at a good price. I saw this 2021 Launch Edition with only 8900 miles in almost new condition at a price I could not believe. I first thought that this was awesome, but what gimmicks or add-ons are they going to try to give me to bump the price? Well, no add-ons, no gimmicks. What the price said on the internet is the price I paid. I submitted a request for pictures to Vista Ford at 7:55pm, and at 8:01pm, I got a quick email and text from Joe Ruotolo stating that he will contact me in the morning to answer any questions. The next morning at 5:48 am, I received a quick text with a link with complete info on the truck, such as the CarFax report, original image of window sticker, plus basic info about the buying process. Then at 8 am, I got a follow up text from Joe, double checking about my request for the truck. Just a bit later, he sent me a video of the truck. I called him and we setup a time to see the truck that night. We brought our trade in, did a test drive, initial paperwork was done, and got our trade in priced in less than an hour. There was a little wait after because we needed to go to financing, and because Joe was getting our truck cleaned and the gas tank filled up. From start to finish, was a total of 3 hours. The previous 3 times I have bought a car, it has taken over 4 hours between the salesman, the closer, then the finance sales person. None of that here! The whole time, there was no pressure for anything. Joe was very friendly and personable. Our finance person was John Slimocosky, and he was also very friendly, no pressure, and extremely pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this dealer for any vehicle, they will treat you right! Purchased an explorer from this dealership, although the buying process was good, the issue cam when the car was delivered to me, prior to signing for the car I throughly inspected it to make sure there was buying process was good, the issue cam when the car was delivered to me, prior to signing for the car I throughly inspected it to make sure there was not damage or issue which there wasn’t, I then signed for the car and left the dealership and arranged for the car to be delivered as I love 70 miles from the dealership, when the car was delivered I found a small dent and scratch on the rear panel of the car and immediately pointed it out the the salesman who i purchased the car from and who delivered it to me, he said they would get it sorted out, I asked for this to be done by someone local because it is far to travel back to the dealership and this was refused by the management even though someone there had damaged the car after I signed for it! Granted the dealership reimbursed for the gas by refilling the car however when the car was brought back me the dent was removed but the scratch is still visible, I had no choice but to accept the car back, this is after me asking the salesmen if the repair has been completed with now sign of any damage prior to him returning the car and he said it had which was not the case and therefore this is why I am giving this score. More
