top shelf customer service I own a 1998 Volvo V70 XC with 180,000+ miles. I love the car and it runs well. Recently the sunroof would not close completely so I called Viti at I own a 1998 Volvo V70 XC with 180,000+ miles. I love the car and it runs well. Recently the sunroof would not close completely so I called Viti at 7:30am to see if I could get the car in-it started raining at this point! The service team squeezed me in at 2pm that afternoon. The car was looked at and we need a new sunroof (the car IS 20 years old, not bad...) we were out of there in under 30 minutes with an offer to wash the car! I awoke to find a flat tire on my XC70, with my compressor Viti sets the highest bar for professional, polite, responsive and comprehensive service. I awoke to find a flat tire on my XC70, with my compressor I was able to inflate it for the drive to Viti where I was great by the automatically opening service door followed by an immediate visit by a service rep who wrote up the work order and within 30 minutes the tire was analyzed as needing replacement, replacement was done and I was on my way. What more can one ask? More
