I purchased my vehicle on august 8th and by September 8th I had a check engine light with no call backs from the service department! Took it in the supposeably worked on it for 2 days and the hood was never I had a check engine light with no call backs from the service department! Took it in the supposeably worked on it for 2 days and the hood was never lifted! I finally got it back after 2 days and 1 week after getting it back I have a check engine light again! Still waiting for a call back! Waiting on Mr Jimenez to reply on a good time to call him! Send him a email and still waiting. Calling main number and no answer! More

I haven’t delt with the sales department , however, I deal with the service department frequently and Carolina is always excellent. This time I had an appointment on Saturday but I decided to drop off my deal with the service department frequently and Carolina is always excellent. This time I had an appointment on Saturday but I decided to drop off my car on Friday for state inspection, Carolina took it upon her self and did the inspection right there and then.
