Had my Jeep towed in after hours to Viva an although they were closed I was greeted by the manager. He helped me out and took my key. Brought in the Jeep GCOverland for a diagnostic error message we were receiving after having the vehicle several day still the error message could not be found. A pcm? Sensor was replaced for $666 dolla message we were receiving after having the vehicle several day still the error message could not be found. A pcm? Sensor was replaced for $666 dollars and it did not fix the problem. I finally took the Jeep home and my son who is a mechanic traced the problem down to a loose positive fuse panel wire, the main one, and the plug from the altenator was not seated properly to hold it in place causing the issue. I feel I was charged for something that was not even the issue. Since we tightened the fuse box positive wire properly and relocked the altenator plug everything works great. More
