My daughter purchased a vehicle with a ding on the bumper that we were told “does not affect the camera”. It does. It started affecting it 3 days after purchasing it. When I took it in they said they woul that we were told “does not affect the camera”. It does. It started affecting it 3 days after purchasing it. When I took it in they said they would not fix it and said the vehicle was sold as is. It was sold as is with the disclosure that the ding doesn’t affect the use of the camera. Now I have to take it to a body shop to hopefully fix the issue. Thank you Viva for making my daughter’s first vehicle buying experience such a horrible one. No recommendation for this company will come from us. More

Michael at Viva Dodge was very amazing at helping us find an affordable first time car for my daughter without being pushing and trying up sell us. When they no longer had the car we wanted, he found a great an affordable first time car for my daughter without being pushing and trying up sell us. When they no longer had the car we wanted, he found a great alternative at one of their other stores and brought it back to us instead of sending us there.
