I was promised that cosmetic repairs would be made to the vehicle I purchased or I could back out of the contract. I was told it would take 2 days but it ended up being almost 2 weeks. When I got my vehicle vehicle I purchased or I could back out of the contract. I was told it would take 2 days but it ended up being almost 2 weeks. When I got my vehicle back, only one thing was fixed. I said ok, this isn’t the vehicle I signed for so I wanted out of the contract and was told that time frame had passed while it was in their possession. Mr. Bowman refused to take my calls or call me back. I went into the dealership several times and he never had the time to meet with me. Very UNsatisfied with the service I received from management. My Jeep went in with check engine light on, wouldn't shift gears. They changed a couple of injectors, changed the oil, rotated tires. Came out after a few days and check engine light came on a few hundr shift gears. They changed a couple of injectors, changed the oil, rotated tires. Came out after a few days and check engine light came on a few hundred yards from the dealership. They corrected that while I waited, said it was an oil filter malfunction. A few days later the engine was smoking, check engine and low oil pressure lights came on, and it had to be towed back in. It's been 2 weeks since then and I'm still without my Jeep. At this point I'm not thrilled with my experience at all. Maybe this is a one off or I have the worst Jeep ever built, but I'm nearing the point of having had to rent a car for almost a month. The warranty company had closed the current claim due to no communication after a week and it needed to be reopened. Also, as I was told, it is apparently impossible to receive the veteran's discount if you use your warranty. More

I was pleased with my service, although the estimate was a little high. I bought my car used two years ago and it was inspected by the state. Two years later, Viva found something wrong with something that a little high. I bought my car used two years ago and it was inspected by the state. Two years later, Viva found something wrong with something that passed inspection 2 years ago and I maybe have only driven it 4000 miles. Nonetheless, Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly. More

Purchased a 2022 Honda for $34K. Drove it 5 days, returned it to cancel the contract and to buy another car. VIVA claimed they already received the $34K from Nusenda and couldn't cancel, but would do a Trade-in. The trade in dropped approx $8,000. VIVA claimed NM allows a 30% reduction in value for trade-ins. So, management of VIVA Dodge took advantage of that ruling and retained about $8k from the Honda trade-in. A reasonable trade-in allowance would be maybe $33k. More
