Service has improved immensely under the direction of their new Service Manager, Mike Sorensen. I have been living in Las Cruces for almost five years and Viva is the only Dodge dealership in the area. I their new Service Manager, Mike Sorensen. I have been living in Las Cruces for almost five years and Viva is the only Dodge dealership in the area. I have a Lifetime warranty on my truck, so my repairs must be done through a dealership. I was ready to trade out of my Dodge Ram because, over the past years, the service at Viva was horrible and I really hated going there. Luckily, I didn’t do that and on my latest repair need, I went back to Viva. I was still reluctant when I found they were under new management, because they had several turnovers during my five years of going there. However, when I met Mike I explained to him how unhappy I had been in the past and I hoped this time would be different. He assured me things are much different under his management and I would have no more problems. He meant what he said, the service was exceptional. For this survey, I would give Mike a “10”. Also, the Service Advisor, Lisa is great to work with. She answers any questions I have regarding service completed, billing, etc., and she is always pleasant. I would give her a “10”, as well. Thank you for the opportunity to share my high ratings within your company and express my appreciation to the Viva team. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! More
I paid $185. 00 for a quote of what’s wrong with my vehicle. I got the first price it was decent.
