Could have gone above and beyond to provide something exceptional, they failed to do so. For the second time in 2.5 years I needed exhaust manifold service. The blame was placed on poor quality parts fro exceptional, they failed to do so. For the second time in 2.5 years I needed exhaust manifold service. The blame was placed on poor quality parts from MOPAR. I was told to call them to try to get some financial relief but after 1.5 hours and multiple calls, no responsibility was taken. I asked if the dealership could help..NO. I asked if they could extend the warranty since this looks like it will happen again in a few years...NO. I was clearly upset to have to spend 2,000 due to faulty parts and you'd think something would be offered as a goodwill gesture...No. It's very easy to say no, excellent service finds a way to say yes to something.
