Called to have my 2019 Ram Truck in for service, I left a message because nobody ever answers the phone, they never called back. So I took my truck in for "Express Lane" service for an oil change. After ab message because nobody ever answers the phone, they never called back. So I took my truck in for "Express Lane" service for an oil change. After about 15 minutes of waiting, someone finally asked if I had been helped. After I told him I just needed an oil change, he stated it would be a 3 hr wait...so, why have an "Express" lane? I ended up leaving and getting my oil changed elsewhere. They don't have a concept of what the word "Service" is. I'll never go back for service and all future purchases will be from another Dodge dealer. Express Lane?...ppfffftttt!!! What a joke. More
