I have had by far the worst experience taking in my jeep to the service department. First off they said it would be a 4 day job and it’s been over 2 months and I still don’t have my vehicle. They have not once called me to keep me updated on the situation and they don’t answer there phones. I had to physical show up multiple times to the dealership to get any sort of answers. And once I asked for the cooperate number to complain the associate Angela said she could not give me the number. Very poor service, horrendous customer service ! I will never bring my jeep to this location ever again it has been nothing but a nightmare. More
