Sale person finally told me finance person will be calling me to discuss options and he never did. I kept calling different time of the day but was told he was with a client or he was not there yet because he get to work at 10 or 11 am. Asked to talk to manager or general manager but they were not there, was told that general manager just come when there is an important meeting. 25 word minimum is not enough to explain. More

I was harrased and supposidly my comment was removed Ocatavio M JR treated me with zero respect and refused service to me because I am white.
