When a customer is given an estimated completion date in Service and it's not met, no call back on status when delay or problems Operations Manager! When a customer is given an estimated completion date in Service and it's not met, no call back on status when delay or problems are incurred, a courtesy call to the customer does NOT take much time to do. BUT when a customer does call to check on an overdue status and promised a return call TWICE, each time in between of over 2 hours, 4 hours and still no call back, THAT'S not service or concern. How much of my time is that worth? How much for my family's time since the vehicle was a gift for my son? Not deserving of a rating. You treat EVERY customer with the same courtesy as you would another or you won't be in business long in this very competitive business. More
