Using dealership for the first time, very impressed with auto service workers and their professionals, who all worked together towards doing a great job for the consumers/customers. Keep up the good work, h auto service workers and their professionals, who all worked together towards doing a great job for the consumers/customers. Keep up the good work, hope to be back, next year towards service to my VW Beetle Coupe, if needed. P.S. Mr Connor ( Car service employee ) and Shenelle ( customer service representative ) were both easy to work with and friendly towards getting the job done with professionalism. See Yeah !!!! God Bless !!!!!!! More

With Germain under new management seemed to be excessively slow compared to my prior service from Germain. I suspect decrease in number of mechanics at Germain. I do not know that for sure. I always get good service with my VW beetle, I appreciate the videos from the technician, alerting me to other issues with the vehicle that needing repairs in the future, some I’m able to understand and some the videos from the technician, alerting me to other issues with the vehicle that needing repairs in the future, some I’m able to understand and some not and I’ll just ask Steve about that, Steve Ball always helps me, answers my questions and concerns, even after I leave with my vehicle if I have more questions, Steve answers back promptly. Responsive and quick to support. I was able to get a courtesy vehicle for the possible issues with the car. For the actual fix they did fix the problem however I would say the fix wa I was able to get a courtesy vehicle for the possible issues with the car. For the actual fix they did fix the problem however I would say the fix was half fixed as the rotors were replaced under warranty but not the pads. They said that’s what VW warranty can only approve. Well I had a similar issue for rear brakes on my ford escape and 40k miles later ford replaced both pads and rotors due to rust and build up issues from not being used much. Not fully sure or shown the transparency of that communication with VW as I was not shown the logs of that conversation. Also I asked for pictures of the pads to determine actual usability, pads were less then 9k on a buzz, and I was not given those pictures. Just wish I was given the info I wanted to confirm on. Ended up taking them apart and the looked good to me but just surprised dealers don’t have capabilities of adding media or pictures to the work order or reciept. More
I had scheduled our service several weeks ahead for the recall issues on our Taos and wasn’t told until I’d been at the dealership for over an hour that they didn’t have the part necessary and must have be recall issues on our Taos and wasn’t told until I’d been at the dealership for over an hour that they didn’t have the part necessary and must have been shorted by the supplier. Then it took hours to do the other portion of the recall service that was only supposed to take a few minutes. I got to the dealership a little before 730 for the 730am appointment and wasn’t able to leave until nearly 11am. I now have to go back again another day for the service they weren’t able to complete. More
