Our car was in for warranty service 4 times for the same leak in the sun roof. First trip: Roof drain tubes replaced Second trip: Drivers visor torn during first trip was replaced Third trip: Rear se leak in the sun roof. First trip: Roof drain tubes replaced Second trip: Drivers visor torn during first trip was replaced Third trip: Rear seat had to be removed in order to pull through the seat belt that was under the seat from the first trip. Fourth trip: Roof leaking again. Made appointment and stated I needed a loaner car. Got to dealership & no car was available. Asked to see manager, he was not in. Waited 1.5 hours for manager who was still not in at 9:45an. Had to take car back in order to make doctors appointment, which I informed dealer when I made appointment for the vehicle repair. The loaner was down for an engine light & no one thought to call me to reschedule before I drove 50 miles to the dealer. Called VW Customer service and finally got them to allow me to take the car to the dealer (VW of New Port Richey) that is 6 miles from my house Not a good customer experience at VW of Brandon. 😕 More

Could not get a response for 3 days when trying to make an appointment. Then service tech Seth gave me a hard time about his scope of work and spoke to me with an arrogant tone trying to explain things to an appointment. Even tried telling my insurance adjuster that the car was a total loss even though all he was asked to do was reprogram a warning light on the dash. Very unprofessional and no customer care whatsoever. I’ll drive an extra 50 miles to go to another VW service center before EVER going back to Brandon VW. I would have awarded zero stars if the app would let me. More

Went to get my Atlas fixed.
