This is the only dealer that works on my car. Last visit the tech forgot to put my engine cover back on after some warranty work was needed. My wife brought this up at an oil change and was told the cover is part of a recall and they don’t have any but if she calls they will let her know if any are in stock. No effort and I am not happy with that as a resolution. Lastly to call an oil change that was scheduled express and to take 2 hours to do it is annoying. They do a few point inspections ask you if interested in filter changes and don’t realize my time is valuable this is supposed to be routine and quick, express you know and that’s not the case I get a video of my tech wrapping it up and 45 minutes later my service adviser is like your car is ready. Nothing is fast about this dealer it’s fancy and nice but lacks quick service and proper customer service. Two experiences recently that are let downs and I get sales calls monthly about trading in my car for a new one from this dealer. More
The service department has been very disappointing. We took our daughter’s vehicle thinking it was going to be fixed only to find out the part that we’ve been waiting on for weeks was the wrong part. So now they ordered the correct part but it’s on BACKORDER so now we have to wait weeks for them to repair it. This is a brand new vehicle and shouldn’t have any issues and our service representative has been very rude and not very helpful. I believe her name is Isabelle. More

I went in for service at 8:20 a. m. on Saturday 02/21/2026 and the inspection, tire rotation and front and rear brakes was forecast to take 5 hours, it only took 3 hour!
