Went to buy a vw electric car and they said a mobile charging cable would be included but they never put it in the car. Even I called them they said it's in the compartment and they must have moved it during cleaning. It wasn't in there and then their story switches to "well it was included in the 2022 but now vw doesn't give them for free on the 2023 models. I explained to them that I was told during the transaction that the mobile charging cable would be in there so it's their responsibility to provide it. All they can tell me is well the sales agent says he never promised it. It's sad that during military appreciation month a dealership would take advantage of military war veteran. Slim ball dealers need to be held accountable for their misleading sales practices. Support the troops until it's time to basically steal from their pockets. This is unAmerican behavior.
