This is a mixed bag. The sales team is a bit over aggressive but do try really hard to work with you. Nick (our sales guy was outstanding. The service department is a hot mess. They are slower then anything ive ever seen. They kept my car for 3 months and at the end of that they replaced a battery at my cost and did the 50 service. Very uncommunicative even when you take the time to go in and see them in person. Service department gets 1 star maybe 1.5 More

Took the car in to have a water leak fixed. First time told that the fluid needed to be changed and that would fix everything. Told that the coolant system had been under pressure for 20 minute First time told that the fluid needed to be changed and that would fix everything. Told that the coolant system had been under pressure for 20 minutes and never lost pressure. Picked up the car on Friday and returned it on Monday. Still leaking water. Told this time that the hoses and seals needed to be replaced. This cost over $1000 and the car was not fixed. Asked how the coolant system could hold pressure before and now hoses and seals required replacement. Service manager could not answer that question. Gave a lame excuse that the tech had to follow what the computer said. Next I was told that the radiator had a leak. Asked about the pressure again and was told that the replacement of the seals and hoses now allowed the leak in the radiator to be seen. VW wanted an additional $800+ to replace the radiator. I have removed the car from this dealership and will repair it myself. The lies that were told about the problem will never end. I regret that I purchased a car from this dealership. The service department is poorly run, I have seen five different service managers since I purchased this vehicle. The ability of the service department is highly suspect and I wonder if the dealership cares. More

Worst service and communication I have experienced. The service manager clearly did not know what was going on and my car did not get the service it needed. They had my car a couple of times and the se The service manager clearly did not know what was going on and my car did not get the service it needed. They had my car a couple of times and the service manager said “deal with me next time” so we did. My car came back with an alternator that needed to be replaced and the service people didn’t try to find out why in the 2 weeks they had my car. My car is only 3 years old and shouldn’t have needed 2 alternators in the past few months. What a joke! They also reported that my radio was not working because the wrong windshield had been placed in my car. Another dealership confirmed that the windshield is correct and does not contain the antenna. I would advise anybody with a VW to go elsewhere for service. There was actually a piece of trim missing from my driver’s side door when picked up and my car was nasty dirty. More

Not even worth a 1/2 of a star. .... Will NEVER EVER EVER EVER PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN. Even thinking about trading it because I don't want ANYTHING to do with this vehicle anymore .... It has been OVER A MONTH AND NOT ONE xxxx PERSON THERE HAS YET TO COMMUNICATE TO ME WHEN I WOULD RECEIVE MY VEHICLE BACK. I'VE CONSTANTLY HAD TO CALL THEM AND OF COURSE EVERY SINGLE PERSON I SPEAK TO HAS NO FREAKIN CLUE AS TO WHAT IS GOING ON. I'VE BEEN TOLD MORE THAN ONCE THAT THEY WOULD DELIVER MY VEHICLE AND NO ONE SHOWED! CRAPPY SERVICE! NOW A MONTH LATER I AM LEAVING WORK TO GO GET MY CAR AND HOPE LIKE xxxx THAT EVERYTHING ON IT IS FIXED. DONOT BUY HERE. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE OR FOLLOW UP AND HAVE VERY xxxx POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
