I bought my last vehicle at the old location back in 2015. I shopped several VW dealers online but this place was my first (and only) stop. This new building is nice and the team worked efficiently. Check in was a little confusing. The girl I was supposed to check in with was on lunch, even though I had an appointment with her. Then I was told someone else, who wasn't currentl The girl I was supposed to check in with was on lunch, even though I had an appointment with her. Then I was told someone else, who wasn't currently at their desk would check me in. I told them I was on my lunch break and needed to get going and a guy who was actually at his desk, checked me in under the guy that wasn't currently at his desk. All in all, the check in only took a few minutes, but could have been smoother. I received a detailed video of my service and my car was ready a little over two hours after drop off, which was great because I needed it ready by 3pm and it was ready at 2:45pm. Pick up was quick, but I was checked out by another person that I hadn't spoken to previously at drop off. All in all, happy with the service, just a bit confusing talking with multiple people, none of who were the person I was assigned to when I made my appointment. More
Dealership is very well organized from the moment you arrive to the time you leave. My concerns were fully addressed by Michael Pungitore, he was very clear and respectfull from beginning to end conside arrive to the time you leave. The video from the tech, Hector Chavez, was very well done as well with what had been repaired and recommendations needed. I will definitely continue taking my Atlas there for any servicing needed. I came to the dealership to get an oil change on my 2019 Atlas. There was a salesperson, Brianna who talked to me about upgrading to a newer Atlas. Of course I didn’t think it would happen. Whatever happened the deal towards my 2026 Atlas was reasonable. Not to pleased towards the payment but again considering what I received was worth it. While my experience with MASON was excellent (he provided up to date status and answered all questions, the service was not as I expected at VW. I had a recall of the airbag, and upon picking it up not of th up to date status and answered all questions, the service was not as I expected at VW. I had a recall of the airbag, and upon picking it up not of the buttons on my steering or horn worked. I had to return the next day and it only took an hour, but the technician stated the connection wasn't making it because of "Animal hair" First question, why wasn't my car fully checked before leaving (who doesn't test the horn?) Second question - if the airbag was replaced, why didn't the tech clean out the animal hair? More
