I have never been so disappointed, I had my oil changed with clear lake VW in Houston during a vacation. I stay with VW because the promise customer service. The oil gets changed no issues. 10 thous with clear lake VW in Houston during a vacation. I stay with VW because the promise customer service. The oil gets changed no issues. 10 thousand miles go by and I once more take it to my home town VW Hoy in El Paso. El Paso removed the drain plug to change the oil and stated that the oil plug was over tightening during the last change and con caved the washer and pan. Now they say the oil pan need to be replaced because the new plug and washer will not seal correctly. Clear lake denies all responsibility Shame no response from anyone in Clear lake More
