Service Department is great! My 2020 Tiguan kept displaying Oil Change Service but I only had 3600 miles. Service representative told me I did not need it but they would work on the recall for trans displaying Oil Change Service but I only had 3600 miles. Everyone was very pleasant and informative about what they were doing to my car. Would have liked to see everyone’s face mask worn above their nose! That didn’t sit well with me at all! Had agreed upon pricing when I left the dealership. Came in to buy 2 days later and would not honor pricing. They understood we had triplets at home and had to arrange for sitters. I had a terrible experience buying a car here. I was given one quote over the phone. Only to be given another much higher quote once I arrived at the dealership.
