Having traded in a perfectly good Ford Escape simply to get a 3rd row seat vehicle we elected to do a Lease program with VW. The lease is ending soon so we we're wanting to buy a new model. Only to find get a 3rd row seat vehicle we elected to do a Lease program with VW. The lease is ending soon so we we're wanting to buy a new model. Only to find out that we are now upside down $1500 with our trade in. Their explanation was that the Atlas had been redesigned and hurt the trade in value. Their plan was for us to go from paying $560/month to now $1400/mon. Why would I buy another car that would be devalued this easily. I would stay away from this product and especially the leasing program with this dealer. Unless of course you'd like to lose $6K in equity. More

Overall a good experience. Buying a car is never a great experience...very stressful. Many sales people greeting customers and asking if they could help. Bought in car a few times with check engine light and it was never looked at. I had a few different responses on the check engine light from 1) a software update issue to 2)mis-firing on one of the cylinder was never looked at. I had a few different responses on the check engine light from 1) a software update issue to 2)mis-firing on one of the cylinders. Overall never an excellent experience. Traded in the vw and now I feel free from vw. Not sure I would purchase another. More
