I had the opportunity to work with Brian W. today.. he was FANTASTIC!! He was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying and made the whole experience actually pleasant. They will lie to you to get you into the dealer and try to get you into a horrible financial deal that just benefits them financially. They think that once you are in the dealer that you are theirs and you will accept any deal. Ibra the sales guy will ignore you and give you any excuse to get off the phone with you. He will literally not return your call if you have questions hoping you want call him back. Oliver Johnson is trash too because he will not help you in a lease buyout even though they tell you they will. He will talk over you and won’t let you express yourself or f you let him. Don’t bother reporting anyone because no one is accountable for anything except selling cars and when you try to make to place a complaint Alex Garcia the GM will not even respond to an issue. There are better dealers in Houston so take your time while shopping but also consider the service after purchasing, this is hands down their weakest point. This is not a place you want to go to after buying a car from them because once the deal done, you are on your own. Trash!!! More
Took my car in for a recall service and the technician (name is David Torres) at the desk told me It will be around 2 hours. I came back after 2 hours the same technician told me "Oh I thought I told you (name is David Torres) at the desk told me It will be around 2 hours. Atrocious experience - bought a car five months ago and they still haven't transferred the title, despite constant promises to do so. Blanca in Customer relations is truly the worst person for the job. Very rude and unhelpful. First Volkswagen tried to sell me a brand new car with a door ding (they hoped I wouldn’t notice). Then they put me through the ringer trying to get it fixed. Blanca called to schedule me an appointment. I took off work to drop off my car and no one is to be found. They schedule me a second appointment and a similar thing happens again. After much wasted PTO and no apology I will never be buying a car from here again. More
Not sure what kind of operations they run! I reached an agreement to buy a 2022 Jetta SEL with a salesperson and her manager via text and in writing from their computer screen for $6,500 on 4/ I reached an agreement to buy a 2022 Jetta SEL with a salesperson and her manager via text and in writing from their computer screen for $6,500 on 4/20/22 evening. The manager told me he would park the car behind the dealership for me to pick it up the next day afternoon. I was going to drive from DFW to Houston with wife to pick up the car and my wife had taken 1/2 day off to accompany me. The next day, I followed up to inform that we were on our way and at that time, the salesperson texted me saying the car was sold. To my frustration and surprise, I asked when and how since we had reached an agreement to include the sales manager. She informed me that another salesperson/manager had sold the car despite our agreement. Needless to say was very upset, disappointed, sad, and frustrated! I know cars are in short supply but what's the point of reaching a deal and agreement if they can't keep the promise? The agreement was with the manager, as well as with the salesperson! I feel that was shady and deceiving. Wasted my time, energy and my wife's 1/2 day pay. It appears the dealers in Houston area feel no moral obligation or the need to maintain a "good business practice". They did not even call me first thing in the morning to inform what had happened. I don't know how another manager can sell the car when his/her colleague already reached an agreement. That's immoral and inviting unhealthy competition among the employees, thus providing a terrible customer service! VW should investigate how some of their dealers are operating in these trying times taking advantages of one customer over another and giving bad tase of customer service! More
Good things don't happen in the Service Department. You get non-stop attention during the Buying process, but try to get service or maintenance after the fact and no one even calls you back. I go to West Houston VW now, even though it's further away. The customer experience for Service is entirely different. People actually answer the phone and help you. Wish I could go back and buy from them instead. More
When we arrived Monday the “PREDATORIAL LENDING” experience begins so there were 2 vehicles that caught my interest however the first was clearly out of my price range now the 2019 Black Atlas was t experience begins so there were 2 vehicles that caught my interest however the first was clearly out of my price range now the 2019 Black Atlas was the ONE I believe the price was 38,546 which reasonable before 5,000 down, So Josh the sales manager comes and say we have 2 options we could do the 38,546 with 7.9% interest rate or 3.9% at 41,991 so of course I choose lower interest rate.. They will not even return my phone calls communication is the key to great customer service I feel bullied More
