I don't not entirely blame Nick but my experience was horrible. Little to no communication and when I did get in touch, facts were unknown or incorrect. Tried to call for an oil change for days, called no answer left messages not returned. Used the virtual assistant who made the appointment for Saturday 8am. I showed up but nothing there. I dropped off my car for a leak that I thought was fixed there back in June 2023, which was also a nightmare experience,that cause my car to overheat and stopped on the night. They said they didn't see a leak, but topped off my fluids, and the inspection wasn't done. More
