My first name is Graeme, not Hannah. I scheduled my service with Frank as he is the ONLY reason I go to the dealership and is the only reason I bought another VW. If he wasn't available at that time, it would have been helpful if someone contacted me to let me know so I could drop off my vehicle when he was available. I simply do not trust any other service advisor and will never trust any other service advisor. For example, the person who took over the appointment (Victor) tried to advise that we needed four new tires without even looking at the car? Frank would NEVER do that.
