Frank did a great job addressing the issues called out and made me aware that the state of the 'new' engine was worse than I imagined. When I said I was going to take it back to the Pasadena dealership to and made me aware that the state of the 'new' engine was worse than I imagined. When I said I was going to take it back to the Pasadena dealership to correct the issue...he stepped in to personally do some cleaning to help make it better and save me a long trip.
