I explained that I found the car that I wanted, didn't want any hassle, and let's get it worked out over the phone. It took roughly 25 minutes to get the deal done. My wife and I drove out the next day and test drove it. The paperwork was all done. I signed and was out quickly. A great experience! More

In and Out I've driven Golf TDI's and GTI's for 25 yrs and had trouble finding my next one in the color and wheels combo that Hallmark had. I live 7 hrs away but after talking with salesman, was convinced this would be my next Golf. Salesman came in 2hrs early to accomodate my morning arrival, made me comfortable, was very knowledgeable and we struck a deal. I wasn't able to take delivery of the car til 4 days later so the salesman helped me with arrangements, had the car detailed, filled with fuel and personally delivering the car to the bus station for my arrival at 9:30pm. He briefed me on particulars on the car, gave excellent directions as to finding the interstate from the congested downtown area where we were. I was very impressed that he was concerned with my well being after leaving the dealership. Everyone I dealt with during my visit to Hallmark knew their stuff and I see no room for improvement. This dealership 'gets it' and I wish they had a store closer to my home. Thank you. More

The experience made a positive impression, so when it came time to get a second vehicle we decided to visit our local dealer - Hallmark VW of Cool Springs. Arnaldo Torres helped us through the process of buying a Beetle TDI (before the VW "scandal") and we loved it. Although we went through a long drawn out process of a buy back, the local dealership remained helpful and professional throughout. Some VW owners have probably abandoned ship after such an incident, but the quality of the vehicles and the constant professionalism from this dealership has secured our loyalty. We decided to return to Hallmark to get a replacement for our Beetle and, once again, Arnaldo Torres and Tim Steed were very helpful in providing us with various options on multiple models ... ultimately getting us into a new GTI - which we love! These guys made the process of car buying very easy and quite a pleasure. They know their products inside and out and take the time to help with any questions. There was no pressure to buy ... just patience and knowledgeable assistance which helped us make a decision on the right vehicle for the right price. More
