2017 Passat R-Line Every time I go to this dealership everyone is very accommodating and professional. JB and Kodi assisted us with this double turn-in and got us setup with our new vehicles in the same time it can take one person to get sorted. Just like previously experienced, they were very approachable, professional, and accommodating; addressing any and every question and concern we threw their way. Up to that night we were happy to recommend their dealership to friends and family. Fantastic service experience I had just turned in my Beetle TDI and still had credit remaining on my VW Goodwill card when my service advisor Bob asked me what I was going to do w I had just turned in my Beetle TDI and still had credit remaining on my VW Goodwill card when my service advisor Bob asked me what I was going to do with the balance. I said I didn't know but that I has a Subaru that needed new brakes. "I've worked on Subarus, bring it in and we'll get it taken care of" he said. Hallmark parts dept ordered the brake pads for me and Bob had the mechanics install them and even lowered the final bill so my leftover credit paid for it all. Who does that? These guys, I guess. Totally blown away. More
