CPO with bent wheels BUYER BEWARE!!!! I found my car on Autotrader.com at this dealership. I called and emailed the dealership regarding the car and its condition. I spoke BUYER BEWARE!!!! I spoke with both Matthew Bradley and Sean Deberry to look the car over closely to make sure the car had no defects as I was traveling 4 plus hours to get the car. They both assured me the car was a certified preowned and was near new condition and had been through a 112 point inspection to insure everything was near perfect. I rented a car and drove up to see the vehicle and was pleased with the appearance and also took a drive. During the drive I mentioned a slight vibration and the salesman, Matthew Bradley said it was probably just a tire out of balance and I agreed to have it repaired myself as it was getting late and I had 4 hours to drive ahead of me. I took the car to a local tire store, NTB, later to have the tires balanced and they informed me I had several bent wheels. I called Matthew and he was out of work sick. He told me to speak with the used car manager EJ at the dealership. I called and left a message for a call back and EJ did not return my call, this was Saturday. I called for him again on Monday and was told it was his day off and he would call me on Tuesday. I also spoke with Matthew and he said someone would get with me soon. Tuesday, I called again and they told me EJ would call soon, no call back. I left messages each day of that week with no call back. I then left a message with the General Manager and no call back. I also sent the Business Manager, Charlie Dunahoo, a detailed email with no response. I took the cat to my local VW dealer and they told me the car actually has all 4 wheels bent and the tires need to be replaced. I conveyed this info via voicemail to both Matthew and EJ. Still no call back. This is weeks later and this group will still not call me, I have had to escalate this to VW corporate. This is an awful dealer and they are too unprofessional to call and work out a problem. More

I worked with Tim, and he was there to help me from the very beginning, he was kind and considerate and made me feel like he was on my side for everyt I worked with Tim, and he was there to help me from the very beginning, he was kind and considerate and made me feel like he was on my side for everything, when I got there the first time they didn't have the vehicle I was interested in on the lot and he was willing to show me a couple other options (all of which were LESS than the car I had originally gone to see, which I appreciated). I ended up just wanting to see the original vehicle, so he had it there for me the next day and made the entire purchase process easy, as did Charlie their financing manager. I'm at 23 year old woman and have never gone through the process of purchasing a vehicle, I had been through a really stressful experience with a couple other dealers prior to this one and it ended up being so easy. I had been terrified that they would try and take advantage of my lack of knowledge and the fact that I was a young woman, but they didn't. They explained everything easily and clearly and worked with me to find a payment I could afford. Charlie then explained to me the options of service contracts etc, I ended up getting one but he also made it very clear that I didn't need to feel obligated and even advised me that some of the pricier options probably wouldn't be a good fit for me. Overall I had a wonderful experience there and I appreciate they time they took to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable making a purchase of the magnitude, they also worked fast! Took it to a service center and were informed it was a battery issue. Called the salesperson and sales manager at Hallmark VW and both told me they wouldn’t cover the replacement because “their vehicle had been through their 130 point inspection “ and had passed . Well it’s apparent that it must have JUST BARELY passed to only last for two additional months. Will not recommend or ever go back to this place! Three thumbs down! More
