I came into the service department without an appt. did not know I needed one for an oil change. Anyway they took my car and worked it into their appts and it was taken care of while I waited. It only took a couple hours and I had been offered coffee numerous times. One of the owners was there and greeted me as well as many of the other customers. I love the new location and the friendly accommodating staff. This is the second car I have bought from Volkswagen of Corpus Christi and have had no complaints with either the sales or service staff. I recommend Volkswagon, Corpus Christi because the service department,showed my wife and I special interest when the air conditioner in our Volkswagon Tiguan went out. The service department provided a loan vehicle and took necessary time,to make sure we were not charged for the repairs. I know we could have been charged a sizeable amount of money,but were not because of the service departments investigation into this repair. I have had great service when it comes to oil changes and service of my VW. However, when trying to buy from VW of Corpus Christi, I have been very disappointed.
