Mr Bennett, You had your vehicle towed in, without an appointment. We explained to you we had several appointments ahead of you and would get it into the shop as soon as we could. Once we got your vehicle into the shop, we had to reorder you a key since the original key would not program. Once that key made it in we then had to get into your vehicle and program that key. You spoke with you service advisor Emma 3 times in that 2 week spam on the telephone and you came up here twice to speak with her as well. We try our best to keep everyone informed on the progress of their vehcle and on their ordered parts. We apologize that you had a failed key fob and that one had to be reordered. We contacted you with an update each time we had something to tell you and to let you know when it was completed.
