Horrible communication from the service department. Different departments passed blame around vs being apologetic. Took two months for issues to be taken care of. This all could have been completed but Different departments passed blame around vs being apologetic. Took two months for issues to be taken care of. This all could have been completed but instead my vehicle sat outside for over a week without anything being done to it. Service person argued that it wasn’t his fault even though he said multiple times he would call me back. Issues continued from there and went on for a while after that issue. All the issues were dealership caused and could have easily been avoided. Instead 2 months of headaches. More
