The issue is not with the service writes and Tyler does and excellent job. The issue relies on the fact that a repair that should have been done months ago by the first technician whom didn’t do the full j and excellent job. The staff are courteous and helpful. They took care of an extensive recall issue for me a while ago and did a good job. I think they would ordinarily do just fine. But I was a bit disappointed this time because it was my second visit for the same problem. I am no closer to a solution than I was after the first visit. The tech repeated the same diagnostic procedure as was done on the first visit even though it did not identify the problem at the time. I had hoped that we would have picked up where we left off on that visit and moved further down the diagnostic tree. But, there was no attempt to move forward, only to repeat the first unsuccessful procedure. I will try one more appointment, but at $185 per visit, if they do not move down the diagnostic tree I will have trouble recommending them going forward. More
