set up appointment 3 weeks in advance and drove 100 miles to appointment only to find out they didn't have parts needed to complete repair. so now after a 200 mile round trip and a whole day I have to do it to appointment only to find out they didn't have parts needed to complete repair. so now after a 200 mile round trip and a whole day I have to do it all over again! the only positive was the rip in dashboard that was caused by service tech during a recall was fixed. had 10 am appointment and didn't get car back till 5:30. total day gone sitting at dealership. The receptionist was chatting / flirting with the food delivery man while I waited for service when I arrived. I waited 1 hr. 25 minutes for an oil change .
