The folks at Ken Vance VW left nothing to be desired. Came in for a service appt, where Jon and newbie Tyler treated us like royalty, and ended up leaving in a new car because Pat and James and Logan gav Came in for a service appt, where Jon and newbie Tyler treated us like royalty, and ended up leaving in a new car because Pat and James and Logan gave us the royal treatment, too. They all deserve to have parks named after them like Pat has there on Lowes Creek Road. More

Came in a little early for appointment and took me in. Friendly and ready for a bad joke I had for them. Kidded about the broken coffee pot and had I been a day early there would have been no coffee.
