Had engine replaced in October and the dealer kept my car for a month. Car continued to have issues with EPC and Check engine light but advisor Edwin suggested the could diagnose anything if there were no li for a month. After riding 15000 miles over the 12000 warranty on the new engine the dealer claimed I need three fuel injectors and that my warranty expired and the staff has been EXTREMELY rude and laughed at the fact I couldn’t afford the 3500 repair. I do not recommend VW or this auto shop. Extremely rude and they don’t actually fix anything. If you’re a woman BEWARE. More

Vehicle was $18,000 and I knew before I got there the total was going to be about $20,000 cause I mean, that's normal fees, taxes, etc. It ended up being basically exactly where I thought at $20,000. Was used so was through a lease company so the interest showed $23,000 as the total, but total was $20,000 without that interest. Without me asking, they'd added on the extras that gave us the advantage package which gave us A LOT of benefits. So...for what we paid, we got a steal. And we were treated so well from start to finish. The guy we talked to and the manager Michael, all were friendly, made us feel like friends the entire time. 100% would recommend and have some of their cards currently that I'm giving out to people.
