The sales people were very reasonable and there was no pressure for purchase. However when it came time to review the financial paperwork, there were costs that did not get disclosed (the math wasn't addi pressure for purchase. However when it came time to review the financial paperwork, there were costs that did not get disclosed (the math wasn't adding up) and if we hadn't worked out the numbers ourselves, we would have overpaid. It took us pushing for their office people to keep reviewing the numbers for them to redo the paperwork. We actually left and they called us the next day with corrected numbers. The whole experience was very frustrating, and a lot of unnecessary time wasted. More
