The way he talked to my husband and I was like we were friends or family, not just another customer. We also really appreciated the way that Hannah, the internet sales manager, worked with us on pricing. We walked away from the dealership feeling like we were listened to, treated fairly, and got a great deal. The same cannot be said for their competitors. I recently bought a 2023 VW Jetta S because my 2020 Jetta had been involved in a collision and has been declared a Total Loss. I really needed an immediate car replacement. I had to wait until my car was supposedly getting cleaned all that time when I was waiting to go home. However, I am beyond blessed and grateful because the salesman and the finance guy took their time and patience; they did everything in their power to get me on the road, to home with a brand new car and only with 19mi!
