I had a pretty good experience at this dealership. Especially compared to my experience with other dealerships closer to home(we live in Georgia). They knew we were coming from out of town and also had tickets for the gators game that night so they really had everything ready for me and got us out of there in enough time to make it to the game. The only issue I had was that a dent in the truck was not disclosed to me and it was raining when we got there so I didn’t even notice it, the truck was also listed as a higher trim model then it is. I was required to buy the Volkswagen advantage package so that brought up the price also. I made the trip thinking I was getting a really great deal and with those things it was really at the high end of KBB for the trim package. That said I do love the truck and they made my buying process easy. More
