Seems like poor communication. We were given first look at a Tiguan, that we appreciated, but it needed minor body work. We were told we could look and test drive beforehand, but when arrived at agreed dat at a Tiguan, that we appreciated, but it needed minor body work. A day later we got to look and drive it and decided to get it. Only problem was it still needed the body work, but should only take 1-2 days max. 7 days later I still haven’t taken possession of the car. More
