The day of purchase went good. The problems came after…. I was told there was things there wasn’t. I was promised a 3 year trial of the WiFi. I later, after 2 weeks of calls and emails was told by carnet I was told there was things there wasn’t. I was promised a 3 year trial of the WiFi. I later, after 2 weeks of calls and emails was told by carnet that the dealership “ lied to me.” I was also told at time of test drive that the rear camera view could be changed to have the yellow guidelines. Later, I found that that is not true. The dealership offered no recourse for these things. More
