She made the deal efficient since I had to do it all via email, text or phone because we live in Jacksonville. Doug in finance was very helpful and the entire management staff assisted to make sure the deal would work. When we arrived at the dealership, Aubrey even waited until we were done with the paperwork, almost 8 pm, they close at 7pm. Horrible liars and if they tell you one thing make sure you sign the paperwork then don’t wait cause they change it. Also they like to confuse you by sending you to 3 different people to do one deal.
