I got there late in the day, 3:45, and made my purchase and was out the door by 7:30. The only delay was my snafu with the debit card payment. The only thing was they forgot to fill the tank. I would not reccomend this dealership for first time buyers. Although everyone was well informed and answered questions, I felt insecure asking because they would look at me like I was stupid. There were a couple of things I did not understand, as a first time buyer, and the sales person seemed to be getting snippy with me. There was also an instance where the finance guy asked me if I knew something, I said yes, and then he began to quiz me on it? Very demeaning. However, the salesperson, for all the issues I had, went above and beyond to help us overcome some obstacles. I would definetly recomend this place, just not for first time buyers.
