Wow you say with all this how come you didn't rate them a 5. Here's why - weeks after the deal I get a bill from Honda for additional payoff $. VW made the trade, agreed on a trade value, agreed to pay the car off, so why am I having to pay more money ??? Sounds like fully their responsible. Ok small amount $371 but you're either paying the car of or you're not. Had same thing happen with my Porsche trade 3 months before except when I spoke to Porsche Financial about it they said; ok we will call the dealer and work it out. They called the GMC dealer and the dealer paid the difference. In this case it was more money; $693. They didn't leave me hanging. They took my car in trade and agreed to pay it off, so they did. No sorry buddy your problem. Also after went to them VW with this additional bill, They took so long to figurer it out and get back to me that I had to call Honda Financial and make the payment over the phone since was due that day and if not paid would an additional late fee. More
