What separates Volkswagen of Gainesville from the rest was the interaction between the seller and myself. Brennan was so welcoming and genuine. She sat and listened and let me guide the experience with what I was looking for, not trying to push anything on me. She gave me her honest opinion about my choices without biases and never made me feel pressured in any step of the interaction. The only thing that I was disappointed in and it has nothing to do with the service or treatment I receive, is that I was not able to drive my car off the lot the day I finalized the purchase. It needed a part that wasn’t ordered on time and it pushed back me driving off my vehicle about 2 to 3 days. Although I still don’t have my car, I can say that the experience with the staff and the feeling of companionship between my seller and I making me feel we were on this journey together and she was there as my guide made the experience well worth it.
